First Credit Union Bill Pay

First Credit Union Bill Pay service allows you to pay all your bills electronically, on the dates you select. It keeps you in control of your money, all from the convenience of your home or office. It's simple! It's never been easier to pay your bills when you have access to a computer. Bill Pay is available only to members with Preferred or Standard Checking Accounts. Currently, our Bill Pay service is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8. Please use Internet Explorer 7 or lower or another web browser.

Preferred Checking Account Members
Online Bill Pay is offered FREE to Preferred Checking account holders, for the first 20 bills paid each month. Bill Pay Preferred Checking will:

Charge 40¢ per item after 20 or more bills per month.

Waive your subscriber fee if your Preferred Checking account is in good standing.
Automatically deducted a subscriber fee from your account on the enrollment date for the first month following the closure of your Preferred Checking account, if your account status changes.
Remain in active status only if you pay at least one bill within a 3 month period.
Place an inactive status if you do not use Bill Pay for 3 consecutive months.

Renew your active status by contacting Member Services.

   
Standard Checking Account Members
Online Bill Pay service is offered FREE for the first three months to Standard Checking account holders. Bill Pay Standard Checking will:

Charge 40¢ per item after 20 or more bills per month.

Deduct a $3.95 subscriber fee, monthly from your account on the enrollment date starting on the fourth month of service.
Remain in active status only if you pay at least one bill within a 3 month period.
Place an inactive status if you do not use Bill Pay for 3 consecutive months.

Renew your active status by contacting Member Services.

   
How to Join

You must have an eTeller login and passcode to access your account. If you do not have the requirements please get started at eTeller.

Once you have established your login and passcode, you must login to your account.
Now that your have accessed your account, First Credit Union has provided a link to Bill Pay in the left hand menu named "Member's Bill Pay".
After you click on the provided link, you are taken to the Bill Pay enrollment form. Bill Pay offers a demo link on this page.
 
Did you Know

You must allow a minimum of seven (7) business days between the day you request a bill to be processed and when you want your payee to receive the payment. Recommended processing time is often printed on your payee statement. We recommend that you follow these instructions. Processing of recurring payments will not begin until activated/scheduled by you.

You may add payees any time by using the "Add Payee" page
Bill Pay cannot be used to access or transfer funds to or from another account.

Browser Requirements:

In order to use First Credit Union's Bill Pay service you must enable third party cookies in your browser.

 


Internet Explorer
Currently, our Bill Pay service is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8. Please use Internet Explorer 7 or lower or another web browser.
1. Click on Tools then Internet Options.
2. Then click on the Privacy tab and click on advanced.
3. Choose Accept for Third-party Cookies and click OK.

  Netscape
1. Click on Tools in the browser bar.
2. From the drop down select Cookie Manager.
3. On the second drop down select Unblock Cookies from this site.
  Firefox
1. Click on Tools in the browser bar.
2. On the Cookies tab check 'Allow sites to set Cookies'.
