First Credit Union Business Loans

Help your business grow with loan services from First Credit Union. We provide a manageable, diversified selection of commercial business loans.

Lines of Credit

Our Business Services Department offers lines of credit for business use at competitive rates. Many times a business has money owed to it by its clients but has its own bills to pay while waiting to get paid. A line of credit is ideal to pay bills today, take advantage of trade discounts, and maintain a good payment reputation with suppliers. When the business receives payment, the line is then paid down and is available for the next time it is needed. Lines of credit are also available specifically for covering overdrafts on a business checking account.

Commercial Real Estate

Is your business ready to move into a larger building or build a new location? First Credit Union offers loans with competitive rates and terms for the purchase or construction of commercial real estate. Our real estate lending experts can structure a loan to best meet the needs of your business.

Term Loans

First Credit Union offers loans for almost any need your business may have. If your business needs to replace equipment, buy new equipment, or expand FCU can help meet that need. Loan terms up to 7 years with competitive rates are available, depending upon loan amount.

Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans

First Credit Union is an approved SBA lender and offers loans guaranteed by the SBA for many different uses. Loans are available under the 504 program for the purchase of buildings or large pieces of equipment. Also available are loans guaranteed under the 7(a) and SBAExpress programs that can be used for the majority of a business' needs.

First Enterprise Loan Program (FELP)

First Credit Union is now offering a new, innovative loan program for businesses and entrepreneurs. This loan is designed to help support the growth of businesses that benefit, or create jobs or services, for low and moderate income people and communities in Arizona.
