Become a First Credit Union Board Member |
One of the most important differences between credit unions and other financial institutions is our volunteer board of directors. All directors are members who volunteer their time and expertise to serve. Members vote to elect the credit union board.
Board members attend monthly meetings, special committee meetings and strategic planning sessions throughout the year. They are also expected to keep up with current issues in our industry by attending seminars and continuing their credit union education.
