Scholarship & Grant Programs
First Credit Union cares about financial literacy and higher education. Since 2007 First Credit Union has awarded more than $17,000 in college scholarships and financial education grants through its Scholarship & Grant Programs. These programs are available exclusively to First Credit Union members.

2014 Recients To Be Named Soon!
In February 2015 the 2014-2015 recipients will be named and notified. The deadline for applications for the 2014-2015 school year was December 31, 2014. Later this year we will be accepting applications for both programs for the 2015-2016 school year. Check back soon for more details. Application deadline for both programs is December 31, 2015.
“Imagine the Possibilities” College Scholarship
Each year First Credit Union awards up to five (5) “Imagine the Possibilities” $500 College scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll in a full-time course of study at an Arizona college, university or trade school. Application deadline is December 31st. Scholarship(s) awarded following February.
Youth Financial Education Grant Program
Each year First Credit Union awards up to three (3) $250 grants to Arizona educators and other community organizations to be used to promote financial literacy to youth. Application deadline is December 31st. Grant(s) awarded following January.
