First Credit Union Hires New Vice President of Credit Administration
Chandler, AZ –First Credit Union welcomes Thomas L. Wasson as the Vice President of Credit Administration, with his extensive history in lending and problem resolution, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization.
Prior to joining First Credit Union, Wasson spent many years in banking specializing in commercial real estate lending. He also owned a property management company in Tempe and recently served as an F.D.I.C. receivership contractor.
Wasson is a graduate of Grove City College in Pennsylvania and received his M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
Wasson served as a pilot in the Air Force and as T-38 instructor pilot at Williams Air Force Base in AZ. He served as a U.S. Tennis Association junior tournament volunteer, little league coach for many years, scoutmaster, and volunteer Director of the Commercial Mortgage Bankers Association.
Wasson and his wife, Melly, have three children and four grandchildren. His passions are his family, flying, racquet sports and exploring Arizona.
